Zane Clark is the dedicated voice and champion for aspiring and working technicians at TechForce Foundation. With more than two decades of experience across the automotive industry, nonprofit, and association sectors, Zane brings deep practical knowledge and a relentless commitment to workforce development. He spent the first 13 years of his career leading in-house accessory programs for franchised dealerships before joining SEMA, where he grew student engagement, career services, and youth programs to national prominence by fostering industry relations that directly benefited the next generation of enthusiasts and professionals.

Today, as Director of Technician Relations, Zane leads TechForce’s efforts to build authentic relationships with technicians, amplify their voices, and scale programs that support them from education to employment. Through data-driven insights, hands-on engagement, and award-winning initiatives like the Techs Rock Awards, Zane helps shape the future of the skilled trades, ensuring technicians are respected, supported, and empowered throughout their career journey.
